Dear All, I am embarrassed and I am contrite. I have been away from here for so long that I even forgot to post something on the 28th day of July! Matters were not made any better by the fact that I was in Ghana when the post was due. Anyway...here I am. July went by so fast! In the first week of July, I headed off to the fairly new districts of Nwoya and Amuru, in Northern Uganda on a fact finding mission leading up to a project my client was planning to roll out at the end of July. I have always loved the people from Northern Uganda. They are hospitable, clean and genuine (at least most of them) :) Money was so scarce in my 'world' that I learnt exactly what it means to live within one's means. I am not complaining, though, for my new attitude to money has me sleeping better at night :) There is a dead horse (remember this  post?) I had continued to flog believing, somehow, that perhaps my perseverance would be the 'shot in the arm' that would resusc
